Job Description
Research, develop and deploy AI solutions into Versee's digital content production pipeline. Build automation pipelines and integrate AI models (LLM, image generation, video generation) into internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- •Pipeline Development: Build automated content production pipelines (auto-generate script, image, video) using AI
- •AI Model Integration: Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), image gen (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E), video gen (Runway, Sora) into systems
- •Prompt Engineering: Research and optimize prompts for AI models to achieve the highest quality output
- •API Development: Build REST/GraphQL APIs for other teams to leverage AI tools through internal systems
- •Monitoring & Optimization: Track output quality, API costs, and continuously optimize performance
- •Research: Stay current with latest research papers, evaluate and test new models/tools for production use
Required Skills and Qualifications
- •Programming: Proficient in Python with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- •AI/ML: Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, especially Generative AI
- •LLMs: Experience using, fine-tuning or integrating Large Language Models
- •API: Ability to build and deploy APIs (FastAPI, Flask or equivalent)
- •Experience: 1-3 years in AI/ML Engineering or Software Engineering with AI focus
Common Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Ability to read, understand and apply latest research papers
- Knowledge of Computer Vision and NLP is a plus
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-tech teams

Video Editor
HOTHandle the entire post-production workflow for short-form videos across Versee's social media channels and partner clients. Edit footage, color grade, add graphics/text overlays, mix audio and export optimized files for each platform.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) for Versee and partner clients. Manage budgets, analyze data and propose solutions to optimize ROI.
